Dear Customer,

We will be doing a planned maintenance on our internal infrastructure. This will be done in the following window:

Start: Tuesday 8th 20:00 AEST (Tuesday 8th 20:00 UTC)
End: Tuesday 8th 20:30 AEST (Tuesday 8th 20:30 UTC)

As part of the maintenance, there is a planned outage of 5 minutes, during this downtime:
- Our web portal and reporting page will present a server error.
- Account and Sub account creation will present a server error.
- Webhooks will be delayed.
- Contact syncing will be delayed.
- Prepaid credit top ups + upgrade will be offline.
- Our SSO login feature will be offline.
- Some API Sending and receiving features will be offline.
- Purchasing numbers will not available.
